In addition to professional organizing, our Moving Concierge Service offers a unique blend of high-end moving services coupled with expert organizational skills. We specialize in white-glove moving services for discerning clientele who may have luxury pieces that require extra attention. Meet The Founder
Melissa Belche
Melissa is a pioneer in the professional organizing and moving services category, serving central Texas since 2013 as founder, owner, and operator of Methodize Austin.
While her talent for organizing showed at an early age, Melissa’s professional organizing career launched after her start as an elementary school teacher. Her love for the children and their families often led to conversation about challenges parents had balancing day-to-day life and keeping the home efficiently organized. What began as suggestions and quick tips that parents could implement naturally grew into requests for larger projects, and Methodize Austin was born.
Today, Melissa brings her rare organizational expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for working with clients to Methodize, simplifying lives one space at a time. While not on an organizing or moving project, you might find her training for the next local triathlon or teaching a spin class at Equinox Austin. Melissa is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Organizers.
Director of Business Development
Oliver Belche
For North Carolina native Oliver Belche, connecting with people comes naturally. His excitement for creating meaningful relationships coupled with an unmatched work ethic have served as the foundation for a lasting career in luxury hospitality, event production, and real estate management. He loves this work—and it shows.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Hospitality Management, Oliver spent his time honing his skills in hospitality and resort management at some of the most prestigious destinations in the U.S., including Asheville, Telluride, Scottsdale, and Denver. During this time, he developed the ability to acutely understand and care for clients—attributes that would pave the way for future success, both in business and in life. A move to Austin in 2010 launched a steadfast career in event production and venue management, leading hundreds of events ranging from exclusive luxury parties to large-scale productions with global audiences during SXSW and F1.
For the past 5 years, Oliver has enjoyed serving clients in his leadership role at an Austin-based luxury STR agency, managing an investement real estate portfolio valued at over 100MM.
Now joining Methodize Austin as Partner, he brings deep expertise and unrivaled enthusiasm for his roles as Director of Business Development as our business continues to grow. Working with Oliver functions more like a partnership. One that promises transparency, respect, and unwavering dedication.

Jennifer Velazquez
Project Manager, Team Lead
Jennifer is a Miami native who recently relocated to Austin. She grew up visiting building sites with her father, dreaming of working in the home improvement industry. Jennifer began her career in Marketing and Public relations, all the while yearning for something a little more creative. From a young age, Jennifer enjoyed transforming places. With Methodize, she loves collaborating with other organizers who inspire her on a daily basis, brightening the lives of clients one space at a time.
Chelsea Freed
Lead Associate
A McAllen, Texas native, Chelsea has always had a passion and talent for organizing any space, big or small. She moved to Austin and began a career in the restaurant industry, always finding ways to express her talent for creating well-organized spaces. Chelsea decided to bring her passion for organizing over to the Methodize, helping clients experience the joy of an organized home. When not on a project, you might find Chelsea enjoying Austin’s great outdoors or trying the latest and greatest restaurant.
Maleja Garcia
Lead Associate
Maleja Garcia, originally from Colombia, radiates passion not only for organizing but also for fashion. With a keen eye for style and aesthetics, she effortlessly blends her love for orderliness with her flair for fashion. Dreaming of the day when she can bring her creative vision to life, Maleja aspires to launch her own swimsuit line, infusing it with her unique Colombian charm and elegance. Amidst her endeavors, you can find Maleja at Zilker Park enjoying precious moments with her adorable Pomeranian dog, Rita!

A native of New York, Casilynn finds solace and creativity in the realm of interior design and organization. When not immersed in her design projects, Casilynn can be found cuddling her adorable new puppy, cherishing the moments of joy and companionship they share.

For Aimee, organizing and attention to detail is second nature. Growing up, she would organize spaces for family and friends just for fun, continuing to this day.
Aimee is a mother to two, and knows what it’s like to benefit from spaces that work. She finds joy in helping clients create a clutter-free space with a harmonious flow.
Jaclyn Yates
Assistant Organizer
Jaclyn Yates, originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, has called Austin home for the past 5 1/2 years. Her love for organizing is as deep-rooted as her Southern roots, effortlessly transforming spaces with her innate sense of orderliness. Treating her own home like a full-time project, Jaclyn orchestrates every corner with precision and style. Amidst her bustling household of three big dogs, she finds joy in the simple moments and embraces any excuse to host or plan a party, infusing each gathering with her trademark warmth and attention to detail.
